2. Purposes of Use
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Accepting, confirming, and communicating bookings, and operating tours.
- Ensuring customer safety, including allergy-related arrangements and emergency contacts.
- Proposing alternatives in response to restaurant closures, crowding, weather, etc.
- Responding to inquiries and providing after-support.
- Improving service quality through surveys and analysis for improvements.
- Promotional Activities: Posting photos and videos on social media (such as Instagram) or our website within the scope of consent obtained from the guest.
3. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent, except as required by laws and regulations. However, to the extent necessary for providing tours, we may provide the minimum necessary information as follows:
- Contacting restaurants or experience facilities for reservations (name, number of participants, date/time, etc.).
- Sharing information necessary for allergy accommodations (e.g., allergen type and whether trace contamination is acceptable).
- Contacting medical institutions or relevant authorities in emergencies to protect life or physical safety.
4. Outsourcing
We may use external services (payment service providers such as Square, booking management tools like Google, cloud services, etc.) for booking management, payments, communications, and data storage. In such cases, we will appropriately select contractors and provide necessary and appropriate supervision.
5. Security Measures
To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we implement security measures such as:
- Access Control: Access is granted only to necessary staff for business purposes.
- Device Management: Proper management of accounts and devices, including thorough password management.
- Minimization: Establishing procedures to minimize the scope of information collected and shared to only what is necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
6. Retention Period
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of use. When the information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it by appropriate means.
7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.
Customers may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information held by us. For such requests, identity verification (such as matching against registered contact methods or booking information) will be conducted to prevent impersonation.
8. Minors
If a minor (under 18) makes a booking, parental or guardian consent may be required.
9. Revisions
We may revise this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy will be announced by a method designated by us, such as a web page or PDF.
