5.1. Range of Fees:
- 3-Hour Tour: From 18,000 JPY
- 6-Hour Tour: From 32,400 JPY
- 9-Hour Tour: From 45,000 JPY
5.2. How to Confirm the Price:
Please refer to the specific price list provided on each tour description page for detailed pricing based on group size.
5.3. Final Price:
The final price, including any additional arrangement fees (e.g., 3,000 JPY per special request), will be clearly stated in the agreement form (sent via Instagram DM or Email) before payment. We will proceed to the payment process only after you agree to the final price.
6. Additional Charges (Not Included in the Service Fee)
The following are not included in the tour fee and must be paid by the customer on-site:
- Meals: Food and drink costs for both the guest(s) and the guide.
- Transportation & Admission: Public transport fares and entrance fees for both the guest(s) and the guide.
7. Payment Methods
Credit Card (Square)
- We accept major credit cards supported by Square (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover).
8. Payment Timing
Prepayment is required at the time of booking. We will send a payment link via Instagram DM or Email. Your booking is officially confirmed once the payment process is completed.
9. Service Delivery Timing
The service will be provided on the scheduled tour date and meeting time specified at the time of booking confirmation.
10. Cancellation Policy
- 10.1. How to Cancel: Please contact us via Instagram DM or Email.
- 10.2. Cancellation Fees:
- Up to 72 hours before the tour start time: Free (0% fee)
- Within 72 hours of the tour start time: 100% of the tour fee (No refund)
- Same-day cancellation / No-show: 100% of the tour fee (No refund)
- Note: "72 hours" is calculated based on the tour start time in Japan Standard Time (JST).
11. Refund Policy
- 11.1. Refund Amount: For cancellations made by the customer more than 72 hours before the tour, a full refund (100% of the tour fee) will be provided.
- Note: We will cover the payment processing fees for cancellations made within this timeframe.
- 11.2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for payment.
- 11.3. Refund Timing: We will process refunds within 5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The actual timing of the credit to your account depends on your card issuer.
12. Inability to Operate (Weather, Shop Closures, etc.)
- 12.1. If it is determined that providing the service is difficult due to shop closures, extreme overcrowding, transportation disruptions, or severe weather, the final decision on whether to operate will be made by us.
- 12.2. We will contact you at least 12 hours before the tour start time whenever possible (except in emergencies).
- 12.3. We may propose one of the following:
- Alternative Plan: Changing to different spots or activities within the same schedule.
- Rescheduling: Moving the tour to a different date/time upon mutual agreement.
- Cancellation: Canceling the contract if the tour is objectively impossible or significantly difficult to operate.
- 12.4. If you do not wish to accept the Alternative Plan or Rescheduling, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be provided (we will cover the transaction fees).
13. Special Conditions
- Minors: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or provide prior written consent from a parent or guardian via DM or Email.

16. Disclaimer
The guide shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident that may occur during the tour, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the guide. Participants are encouraged to have their own travel insurance before joining the tour.
